We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis Chef to assist with food preparation and support the kitchen team. The care and attention you devote to every task will contribute to creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare all food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation
• Complete daily checks of all mise-en-place to ensure freshness and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Follow kitchen procedures, hygiene, and safety standards
• Support the chef and kitchen team with any additional tasks as required
Requirements:
• Culinary Diploma or Certificate
• 1–2 years’ previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in a 5-star or fine dining environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Self-disciplined, reliable, and adaptable
