Harvest Assistant - Stellenbosch/Helderberg

We’re looking for enthusiastic Harvest Assistant to join our team for the upcoming harvest at our winery in the Helderberg region, just outside Stellenbosch. We are a 200 ton cellar focusing primarily on premium quality red wine production.

Responsibilities:

• Assist winemaker with all cellar operations

• Operate and clean harvest equipment.

• Maintain quality and hygiene standards in the cellar

• Support general harvest operations as directed.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (early mornings, weekends).

• Previous harvest or cellar experience essential

• We seek someone who will take initiative and responsibility throughout the winemaking process, ensuring quality and attention to detail in every step.

• Duration: Seasonal position (February - May)
