Location: Rickety Bridge Estate, nestled in the heart of Franschhoek
Employment Type: Full-time – On site

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle payment transactions accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
