Our client, is a Premier Wine Estate in the heart of the Cape Winelands and renowned for its exceptional guest experiences and dedication to quality.

We have an exceptional opportunity for experienced CHEF DE PARTIE to join the pre-opening team of our client’s exquisite new high-end restaurant, scheduled to open in November 2025. The restaurant will feature an exciting multi-choice menu based on quality seasonal ingredients.

The ideal candidates exhibits exceptional culinary, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, possesses strong leadership qualities, and excels in high-pressure environments.

Position Requirements / Skills / Experience:

• Qualification in Professional Cookery

• At least 3-4 years on CDP level in a sophisticated dining environment

• Stable track record
