Finance Assistant

Are you a confident numbers person who enjoys getting the footwork done in a meticulous and organized manner, then we have a great opportunity for you.  

Our client, a wine estate based in Stellenbosch, is looking to appoint a finance assistant to the team. The goal of the appointment is to support the finance manager in daily, monthly & annual finance activities.

You will be required to perform the following duties:

• Debtors/creditors reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• General ledger reconciliations
• Stock management support (restaurant & tasting room)
• Ad hoc administration

You will have your own transport, suitable qualifications and good command of pastel and excel.

Preference will be given to applicants with WineMS and/or lightspeed experience.

Starting date January 2026
