Key Responsibilities: Oversee all reservations and ensure a seamless guest experience. Lead, train, and motivate the reservations team. Maximize room revenue through strategic inventory and rate management. Manage VIP bookings, special requests, and guest communication. Maintain accurate reporting and data management on hotel systems. Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure excellence. Requirements: Matric and a relevant hospitality qualification. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Reservations Manager in a luxury/5-star setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in hotel systems (Protel Air or similar) and MS Office. Guest-focused with excellent attention to detail. Flexible to work weekends and public holidays when required.
