Stellenrust Harvest Internship 2026

Join our passionate winemaking team for the 2026 harvest in Stellenbosch!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on harvest intern to help craft exceptional wines and gain real cellar experience.

You will assist with grape intake, sorting, and processing; participate in fermentation management and pump-overs; maintain cellar hygiene and equipment; and learn every step of the winemaking process.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and own transport

• Own accommodation
