 The Role

As the Customer Service Manager, you will serve as the central point of contact for our interactions with both local and international clients.


Your responsibilities will encompass:

Managing customer orders, communication regarding sales, and logistics.

Coordinating with distributors, agents, and export partners.

Providing seamless and professional service to our esteemed clients.

Supporting the team through administrative, operational, and marketing activities.
