We are seeking a passionate, creative, and skilled Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team in the heart of the Franschhoek Valley.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation * develop and execute seasonal menus * manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance * host and present at special events, cooking demonstrations, and client tastings * ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards * control food costs, wastage, and supplier relationships * collaborate with the Front of House and Marketing team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
