Temporary Tasting Room Assistants - Landskroon

We are looking for a customer-focused Temporary Tasting Room Assistant to join our prestigious Tasting Room team at Landskroon Wine Farm, situated on the Suid-Agter Paarl Road, on an ad hoc basis, as shifts become available. The successful candidate should be energetic, passionate about wine and have the professionality to work with clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and upselling of wines and merchandise to customers;
• Hosting, preparing and presenting the tastings to clients;
• Assist with the events and special functions in the Tasting Room;
• General housekeeping & cleaning tasks in the Tasting Room;

 Minimum Qualifications and Skills requirements:

• Grade 12;
• Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English;
• Basic wine knowledge and experience (advantageous);
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills – with guests, management, and colleagues;
• Well-groomed and presentable;
• Reliable and dependable;
• Effective and dedicated team player;
