Tasting Room & Wine Club Liaison Manager - Black Elephant Vintners

We’re looking for a seasoned professional to take the reins of our Tasting Room and Wine Club — someone with proven experience in hospitality, sales, or wine brand management who knows how to lead a team, drive results, and create unforgettable experiences.

This is a management position at the heart of our brand — a role for someone who thrives on both strategy and service. You’ll be the bridge between our guests, our tribe, and the wines that define who we are.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full tasting room operation — from team leadership and scheduling to guest experience, sales performance, logistics and stock management.
• Build and grow our Wine Club community with energy, warmth, and creativity.
• Oversee member communication, onboarding, and shipments.
• Represent Black Elephant Vintners at events, trade tastings, and private functions when needed.
• Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure seamless execution across the board.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hospitality, tasting room, or wine management role.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills — detail-driven, reliable, and proactive.
• A natural communicator and storyteller who understands that every pour tells a story.
• A passion for people, wine, and creating meaningful connections.
