Stainless Steel Distillation & Extraction Plant – Ideal for Craft Spirits or Essential Oils

Stainless-steel distillation setup previously used for corn spirit production – perfect for small distillery, essential oil extraction, or botanical processing.
All units are in excellent condition and built from food-grade 304 stainless steel.

Equipment Included

• 2 x Rectangular Steam Cookers (3.7 m × 1.2 m × 0.6 m)
 – Used to steam-cook chopped corn or plant material.
 – Dual blowers distribute steam evenly across the mash.
 – Can be repurposed for grain cooking, herbal steaming, or botanical extraction.

• Fermentation Tank (not included but compatible setup)
 – System designed to transfer cooked mash directly for fermentation.

• 2 500 L Distillation Kettle (Yada model)
 – Steam-heated, with conical lid and lifting chain hoist.
 – Suitable for alcohol or essential-oil distillation.

• 3 000 L Condenser / Receiver Tank
 – Connects to still top via stainless vapour pipe.
 – Cools vapour to liquid spirit or condensed oil/water mixture.

• Overhead Gantry & Chain Hoists
 – Heavy-duty steel frame for lid lifting and maintenance access.
