An esteemed Helderberg wine farm seeks a dynamic Assistant Front of House Manager to support daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate the FOH team to ensure outstanding service
  • Maintain presentation and service standards across food and beverage offerings
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Handle guest relations and resolve service issues efficiently
  • Manage reservations, cash-ups, and financial procedures
  • Monitor stock control and ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance
  • Uphold Hospitality values: connection, accountability, excellence, teamwork

Requirements:

  • Matric (grade 12) -  Diploma advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory FOH or similar role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and energetic team player
  • POS and cash-handling experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Own transport to and from work.
