Bellevue Wine Estate is seeking an enthusiastic Wine Ambassador to join our team for the upcoming summer season.
Contract Type: Fixed term (summer season)
Role Overview: As a Bellevue Wine Ambassador, you’ll represent our estate and wines to visitors, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable, world-class tasting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and informative wine tastings with confidence and professionalism
- Build genuine, positive connections with guests
- Contribute to a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere
- Work flexibly on weekends and public holidays
- Show an active interest in wine and a passion for hospitality
Requirements & Skills:
- Matric certificate (or equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural flair for customer service and creating great guest experiences
- Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach
- Genuine interest in the wine and hospitality industry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
Please note: Weekend and public holiday shifts are required as part of this role.
