Haute Cabrière has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about wine and has exceptional customer service skills.
Key Competencies include the following :-
- At least 3 years of experience in a related hospitality or wine industry role
- Relevant wine qualifications and knowledge of wine
- Excellent customer service and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure In a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible and dependable
- Experience on EzyWine/ Lightspeed software advantageous
- Strong team player
- Proactive and willing to multitask
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :-
- Assist Tasting Room Manager with and supervise the daily operations
- Check Dineplan bookings and create a corresponding floor plan
- Coordinate visitor services for Franschhoek Wine Tran
- Oversee inventory management for wine, retail merchandise and tasting room suppliers
- Assist with staff training and liaison
- Ensure alignment and a tood working relations with the FOH team
- Understand and drive monthly sales targets with Manager and team
