Sales Representative (on-consumption)

Are you passionate about wine, spirits and building strong relationships in the hospitality industry?

Our client, an established distribution company (wine and spirits) is looking to appoint an energetic sales representative to join their team and drive growth in the on-consumption market.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of on-trade accounts. You will use your product knowledge, industry insight, and sales expertise to increase distribution, boost brand visibility, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience in beverage sales, hospitality, or the wine & spirits industry (on-trade experience highly preferred)
• Strong product knowledge or a desire to deepen your understanding of wine and spirits (WSET or similar qualifications a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and a dynamic sales environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
