Kleine Zalze Restaurant in Stellenbosch is looking for a CDP to work on this award-winning Estate.

Minimum requirements

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in this position
  • Exhibits culinary talents and food management
  • Own transport
  • Able to work any day of the week (we are operational 7 days a week)
  • Able to work Breakfast and Lunch shifts (and the occasional Dinner shift)
  • Working hours from 06:00am - 15:00pm or 09:00 am - 18:00pm 
  • Great communication skills
  • Maintain control of stock in area
  • Ensure that area of responsibility is always kept clean and tidy
  • Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
  • Ensure you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the Health and Safety rules
  • Good work ethic
