Reservationist – Luxury Guest Farm | Franschhoek

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Reservationist to join a Luxury Guest Farm based in the beautiful Franschhoek region. This role offers a salary of R20,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience, and is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all reservations and booking enquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
• Manage room allocations, confirmations, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all guest information is correctly captured in the booking system.
• Work closely with front-of-house, housekeeping, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in creating and updating rate structures, promotions, and packages.
• Provide guests with detailed information about the property, amenities, and surrounding area.
• Support the management team with administrative and reporting duties as required.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a reservations or front office role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and computer literacy (MS Office and property management software).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanour and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
