Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the guest farm, ensuring smooth and efficient running across all departments.

• Monitor budgets, stock levels, and operational efficiencies to support overall business goals.
• Work closely with management to develop strategies that enhance the property’s ethos and guest experience.
