Housekeeper – Luxury Guest Farm | Franschhoek

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently maintained across the property.

Salary: R7,000 – R10,000 Negotiable DOE | Live Out

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure linen, laundry, and guest amenities are managed to the required standard
• Report any maintenance issues promptly
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of the wider team
• Uphold the guest farm’s high service standards at all times

Requirements:
• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a luxury property
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Ability to work with discretion, professionalism, and reliability
• Must be able to work flexible hours when required
• Own reliable transport as this is a live-out role
