Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Sous Chef to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end, open-plan kitchen environment with a strong emphasis on professionalism and teamwork.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in professional kitchens
Formal culinary training
Open-minded and adaptable approach
Understanding of traditional kitchen hierarchy – must follow instructions from the Head Chef
Respectful and professional in an open-plan kitchen environment
Additional Benefits:
Transportation provided to and from Paarl
Transportation within Franschhoek
Salary:
R20,000 – R30,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
