Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an organised and creative Events Coordinator to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. This role is ideal for an experienced events professional passionate about planning and executing high-end functions with flawless attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:


Plan, coordinate, and manage events from conception to completion


Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded


Collaborate with culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery


Prepare event proposals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets


Manage event logistics, including staffing, décor, equipment, and set-up arrangements


Oversee on-the-day coordination, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences


Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners


Uphold brand standards to ensure every event reflects the estate’s luxury positioning


Requirements:


Qualification in Events Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred


Proven experience in event planning and coordination within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment


Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills


Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


Creative flair with a passion for delivering memorable experiences


Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required


Package:


Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month (Negotiable, depending on experience)


Full-time, live-out position
