Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Reservations Coordinator to join a luxury boutique hotel in the picturesque Franschhoek region. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong administrative and communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all room and service reservations efficiently and accurately
Respond promptly to enquiries via phone and email, providing professional and friendly assistance
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless guest stays and special requests are fulfilled
Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, cancellations, and guest preferences
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, proposals, and follow-ups
Assist in identifying opportunities to increase bookings and revenue through effective upselling and relationship management
Requirements:
Previous experience in a reservations or sales role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
