Our client is a world class destination Wine Farm, offering unique Winelands guest experiences.
 
We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef with an unwavering passion for the industry. The property’s restaurants provides all-day dining experiences in a refined, yet relaxed setting.
 
The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional culinary, organisational, and interpersonal abilities with strong leadership and management qualities, to effectively manage the kitchen operations.
 
Key Position Requirements:
 
• Formal Qualification in Professional Cookery
• Minimum of 5 year’s Head Chef experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Innovative menu engineering, utilising an array of fresh ingredients from the harvest garden Strong ability to manage and develop a team
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Applicants already residing in the Winelands Region will receive preference
