Estate Hospitality Manager (Senior/Executive Level) Franschhoek - Negotiable

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager for a thriving Winelands Estate. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, strong leadership, meticulous planning abilities, and a genuine passion for upmarket hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and lead all staff.
• Oversee hospitality budgets for the Guest House and Tasting Rooms.
• Coordinate and manage estate events.
• Handle retail procurement, including appointing suppliers and selecting products.
• Liaise with media, VIP clients, and guests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Actively and positively promote the company’s services and products.

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven track record as an experienced Hospitality Manager.
• Excellent communication (fluent in English & Afrikaans).
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Strong knowledge of classic cuisine and wine.
• Customer-service driven.
• Experience in upmarket or fine-dining hospitality environments.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, creativity, and innovation.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Qualification in Hospitality Management and/or Project Management.
