We require a meticulous operator and passionate leader who can flawlessly execute sophisticated cuisine. You will be instrumental in delivering the "farm-to-table meets metropolitan elegance" vision, where every dish reflects our commitment to ethical sourcing and culinary excellence in a remote, high-pressure, luxury environment.

 

Location: Addo National Park The Role: Culinary Execution & Ethical Leadership

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily kitchen functions, managing prep, production, inventory/stock control, compliance, and detailed scheduling under the Executive Chef's direction.

 

Menu Innovation: Contribute creatively to menu design, ensuring a consistent application of waste-free principles and maximizing the use of unique, seasonal ingredients.

Guest Engagement: Maintain a confident and articulate presence, engaging with guests to support the Executive Chef in customizing dining experiences and ensuring seamless food and wine pairing delivery with the Front of House team.

Development & Mentorship: Actively manage and mentor junior kitchen staff, facilitating local skills upliftment and professional growth within the team.

The Garden Project: Play a hands-on role in establishing and maintaining the on-site kitchen gardens, ensuring a daily, direct link between cultivation and plate.
