2026 Harvest Intern Position

D’Aria Winery in the Durbanville Wine Valley is looking for a hard-working Harvest Intern for a  seasonal position assisting with all harvest-related tasks as instructed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Grape receiving, crushing, pressing and general harvest actions

• Wine movements, including transfers, pump-overs and basic additions

• General cellar work such as barrel tasks, tank prep and bottling preparations

• Maintaining hygiene and following all instructions and safety procedures

Requirements

• No formal wine production education required

• Previous experience advantageous, but not essential

• Physically fit and willing to work long/extended hours (overtime payable)

• Positive attitude and ability to follow direction

• Accommodation available for the contract period

• Fixed-Term Contract | January–May 2026 (or until completion of harvest)
