Wine Sales & Logistics Administrator for boutique vineyard in Stellenbosch

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Invoicing & organising all local and export orders, including all communication with clientele and necessary freight forwarders & delivery channels
• Ordering and managing dry stock (including label submissions)
• Liaising and managing labelling schedules with 3^rd party labelling companies
• Monthly Stock-takes and controls 
• Pastel sales reports for all regions
• Stock and store management
• SAWIS submissions, BG9 &11 applications & pink card controls
• SAWIS ONLINE Submissions (New Label Uploads/Approvals)
• Monthly SAWIS Stock Submissions
• Wine Online Administration
• Dealing with clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Assisting with tastings & events & POS & cash ups plus Tasting Room Staff Tips Reconciliation

• Matric
• 3+ years’ experience in wine logistics
• Must have worked with Pastel Software
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English (Afrikaans a bonus)
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail – non negotiable
