Position: Personal Assistant/Administrator
Reports to: Company Directors
Location: Hybrid role based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, transitioning to a full-time office-based role.
Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant / Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Company Directors. This role requires strong communication skills, discretion, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.
Key responsibilities

Manage directors’ calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and reminders

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation

Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
-
Support strategic projects, track deadlines, and liaise with departments
-
Maintain accurate document management and confidential records
-
Provide general administrative support, including expenses, data entry, and reporting

Assist with internal coordination, onboarding, events, and vendor communication
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator supporting senior leadership

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills

High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism

Must be comfortable working in a hybrid and digital environment; AI tool familiarity will be advantageous
