A wine farm in Stellenbosch is looking for an Assistant Winemaker to join the team for the 2026 harvest season. This is the perfect opportunity to gain experience in a well established winery and to work closely with our cellar master.
The suitable candidate will require 2-3 years of experience and hold a degree in viticulture and oenology.
The following criteria should also be fulfilled to be a suitable candidate for the position:
- Be fit and healthy and able to safely work in a physical winery environment
- Be prepared to work the long hours required during harvest
- To be able work well in a team and to both lead others and follow orders
- Have a valid drivers license and their own transport
