We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned RESTAURANT MANAGER to join the team at a luxurious Wine Estate, strategically located in Durbanville.
 
We seek an experienced Restaurant Manager with an unwavering passion for hospitality and service excellence. The job purpose is to lead and manage the daily Restaurant operations and to ensure a curated guest experience.
 
The ideal candidate exhibits a strong F&B operational skillset, strong wine knowledge, exceptional leadership skills. Candidates to reside in the local vicinity of Durbanville.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
• Qualification in Hospitality / F&B Management preferred
• Sound wine knowledge
• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a F&B Management role at high-end establishments
• Service driven with a focus on ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Strong ability to effectively lead, manage and develop a driven FOH team
