We have 1.6ha of open ground for rental for vegetables, fruit trees, flowers, as well as another plot of 3.5ha slightly further away from the water plant.
The ground is only suitable for planting (not for livestock).
Theewaterskloof water is available, and a meter is already in place. Water usage will be invoiced at standard rates.
