We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for all parts of the gardens and ensure that all functions are performed in such part as is necessary to maintain the quality of gardens according to a certain standard, as well as the safe handling of certain power equipment.
Department: Gardens & Maintenance
Reports to: Horticulturist
Job Type: Permanent
Minimum Qualification: Grade 10 (Grade 12 advantageous)
Job Requirements:
- Literacy - Preferably minimum grade 10. (Must be able to read and write and do basic calculations)
- A minimum of two (2) years’ full-time experience in gardening or similar position and similar environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Acceptance of full responsibility for all areas of gardens
- Responsible for safe handling of gardening tools (Power tools) and equipment
- Good cooperation with other gardeners/ team members

- General duties which may arise from time to time
