Cavalli Estate is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, maintaining exceptional food quality, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene, organisation, and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of your culinary speciality as well as overall kitchen operations.

  • Prepare, cook, monitor, and present dishes in accordance with Cavalli Estate’s restaurant standards.

  • Consistently deliver high-quality dishes with attention to detail and precision.

  • Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Effectively manage your section, including giving clear instructions and delegating tasks as required.

  • Reliably carry out instructions from senior kitchen management.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising within your section.

  • Ensure stock is properly rotated, controlled, and respected to minimise waste.

  • Ensure all prepared food is correctly wrapped, labelled, and stored.

  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure cleaning duties are delegated and completed correctly.

  • Ensure all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines are consistently followed.

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently with management and team members.

  • Lead by example through professional appearance, strong work ethic, and willingness to work long hours when required.
