Cavalli Estate is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, maintaining exceptional food quality, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene, organisation, and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of your culinary speciality as well as overall kitchen operations.

Prepare, cook, monitor, and present dishes in accordance with Cavalli Estate’s restaurant standards.

Consistently deliver high-quality dishes with attention to detail and precision.

Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Effectively manage your section, including giving clear instructions and delegating tasks as required.

Reliably carry out instructions from senior kitchen management.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising within your section.

Ensure stock is properly rotated, controlled, and respected to minimise waste.

Ensure all prepared food is correctly wrapped, labelled, and stored.

Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure cleaning duties are delegated and completed correctly.

Ensure all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines are consistently followed.

Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently with management and team members.

Lead by example through professional appearance, strong work ethic, and willingness to work long hours when required.
