Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Sous Chef to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end, open-plan kitchen environment with strong emphasis on professionalism and teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in professional kitchens
• Formal culinary training
• Open-minded and adaptable approach
• Understanding of traditional kitchen hierarchy – must follow instructions from the Head Chef
• Respectful and professional in an open-plan kitchen environment

Additional Benefits

Salary

R20,000 – R30,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
