Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and professional Mixologist to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end, open-plan kitchen environment with strong emphasis on presentation and professionalism.

Requirements

• Formal training in mixology or bartending
• Strong understanding of how to craft and build cocktails
• Open-minded and adaptable approach
• Respectful and professional in a busy, open-plan kitchen environment
• Able to follow instructions from the Head Chef
• Presentable appearance (dreadlocks not permitted)
