Job Title: Design Engineer, Planters & Seeders
Department: Factory, R & D
Reports To: Product Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A degree in B Eng / B Tech (Mechanical or Mechatronics) will be a minimum requirement, and at least 5-10 years work experience would be preferred.
- Experience in agriculture would be a plus point.
- A whiz with SOLIDWORKS and a flair for design with FEA analysis experience.
- The ability to step back, study and understand the bigger picture.
- The focus to design the detail meticulously, letting nothing to chance.
- The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- The ability and self-drive to meet targets.
- Energetic, positive, finding original solutions for complex problems.
- The ability to take projects to products.
Job Summary:
- Design of various components and systems for large grain planters and seeders.
- Development and testing of new concepts and prototypes.
- Verification of in-field performance during field visit.
- Manufacturing support in factory.
