We have a unique opportunities for driven and experienced Hospitality candidates seeking career growth opportunities at a Modern Eatery and Wine Bar, and a Latin American Restaurant, nestled in the heart of Rosebank’s thriving foodie district.

We Are Recruiting the Following Positions:

• Restaurant General Manager

• Head Chef

• Floor Manager

• Hostess

**Detailed indicators to be discussed with shortlisted candidates**

Restaurant General Manager – Lead daily restaurant operations, staff, inventory, and guest service for a high‑volume eatery and Wine Bar. Minimum of 5 years’ experience, strong leadership and operations skillset, with excellent cost control experience. Salary range R35k‑R45k / month

Head Chef – Creative menu development, recipe design and costing, excellent cost control management. Minimum of 5+ years as Head in upscale, Latin‑American or similar cuisine. Salary range R40k – R45k / month, with benefits based on performance .

Floor Manager – Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations, ensure efficient and curated guest service, manage staff performance. Must be highly focused on guest experiences. Minimum 3 - 4 years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant setting, salary range R18k – R20k / month.

Hostess – First point of contact, manage restaurant reservations, guest liaison, and coordinate service direction. Experience in high‑volume, upmarket restaurant essential.

All roles require a relevant hospitality qualification, excellent collaboration, and a stable employment history. Remuneration is competitive and negotiable based on experience.
