Muratie Wine Estate is seeking experienced, passionate, and service-driven Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
- Serve food and wine according to Muratie service standards
- Advise guests on wine selections and pairings
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
- Previous waiter/waitress experience in a restaurant or wine estate environment
- Sound wine knowledge is essential
- Confident in recommending wines and explaining wine styles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-presented, reliable, and professional
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
