We seeking a polished, guest-focused Wine Steward to support our Sommelier team in delivering refined, knowledgeable and personalised wine service in line with Relais & Châteaux standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with wine service across restaurants, private dining and events
• Support wine handling, storage, cellar organisation and stock control
• Maintain exceptional presentation of wine service areas
• Offer informed wine recommendations to guests
• Work closely with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure seamless service
Ideal Candidate:
• Professional, well-presented and calm under pressure
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn and genuinely passionate about wine
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Clean disciplinary and good attendance record
Qualifications & Experience:
• WSET Level 1 or 2 (or currently studying)
• Experience in luxury hospitality or fine-dining environments
• Exposure to wine cellar operations and F&B service
