Key Responsibilities:

Hosting wine tastings and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Educating guests about our wines, history, and winemaking philosophy

Driving wine sales and club sign-ups

Ensuring the tasting room is presented to the highest standards

Handling point-of-sale and daily administrative duties
Requirements:

Friendly, professional, and well-presented

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for wine and hospitality

Previous wine, hospitality, or sales experience advantageous

Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons

Reliable transport to and from the estate
