Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a meticulous and proactive Payroll Officer to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. The Role:
The Payroll Officer will manage all aspects of the payroll function, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time

• Maintaining employee records and payroll files

• Managing leave, deductions, bonuses, and allowances

• Reconciling payroll accounts and liaising with finance and HR teams

• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements

• Handling payroll queries professionally and efficiently

• Supporting the HR and finance teams with reporting and audits

Who they’re looking for:

• Proven payroll experience, preferably in hospitality or a multi-department environment

• Strong numerical and administrative skills with high attention to detail

• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
