A leading luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch, offering bespoke group, conference and event experiences across an internationally recognised hospitality destination, is seeking an experienced Group & Events Manager to manage and convert group, conference and event enquiries from first contact through to successful delivery.
Key focus areas:
- Handling group & event enquiries and site inspections
- Converting bookings and negotiating contracts
- Coordinating event details across departments
- Managing client relationships, billing and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in events or hospitality
- Strong coordination, communication and client-service skills
