Our client, a group of wine farms situated in and around the Stellenbosch area, is seeking two skilled and results-oriented Wine Sales Reps with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Western Cape area.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth in the local market to enhance the growth of their respective brands. In return, the company offers a fixed salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Developing and executing sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team *Activating sales in the South African market *Communicating with national clients to maintain business relationships and drive sales *Supporting the brand story and increasing brand awareness in the local market *Collaborating on sales and marketing initiatives for the brands *Ensuring that sales and merchandising support is delivered to relevant ch?annels *Diversifying revenue streams from different on- and off trade channels *All other tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing Management or a related field;
  • Approximately 2-5 years’ sales experience - proper wine knowledge preferred;
  • Strong understanding of modern sales tools and current market trends;
  • Strong interpersonal & presentation skills (English);
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office & relevant sales/distribution platforms);
  • Valid driver's license.
