A prestigious luxury safari lodge situated in the Greater Addo & Frontier Country region (home to the Big 5) is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all lodge kitchen operations and wedding catering
  • Design and execute high-end, seasonal menus
  • Lead, train, and manage kitchen teams
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
  • Manage stock control, food costs, and kitchen budgets

Requirements:

  • Proven Executive Chef / Senior Head Chef experience in a luxury lodge, 5-star hotel, or fine dining environment
  • Strong leadership and financial management skills
  • Experience in high-end events and weddings
  • Ability to thrive in a remote lodge setting
