Inceba Trust is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Monitoring, Evaluation and Data Systems Officer to manage organisational data systems, ensure high-quality reporting, and build capacity for strong Monitoring and Evaluation practices.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- maintain and improve organisational data systems
- support programme teams with monitoring tools and processes
- assist field teams with data collection planning and coordination
- create simple dashboards and scorecards
- conduct routine data audits and spot checks
- train staff on data literacy, tools, and dashboards
- produce weekly and monthly area or mentor reports
- provide ongoing technical support and resources
- ensure POPIA compliance
Requirements for this role:
- degree/diploma in Data Science / Data Analytics / Information Systems
- 4-7 years in data or M&E (preferably in NGOs of education)
- advanced google sheets and Apps Script
- understanding of monitoring frameworks and data ethics
- excellent communications skills
- a passion for Early Childhood Development and capacity building.
