Front of House Manager (Charming Restaurant, Central Stellenbosch)

Our client is a charming Restaurant located in the heart of Stellenbosch, offering a blend of classic South African Dishes with a modern twist.

We have an opportunity for a seasoned Front of House Manager with at least 3-5 years management experience, passionate about service excellence and ability to effectively lead and manage a team.

The position will be responsible for the strategic and operational activities of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional Food and Beverage services.

 Requirements and Experience:

• Hospitality Management, Food and Wine Qualification beneficial
• 3-5 years of management experience in an upmarket restaurant environment
• Strong ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational activities: Overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional Food and Beverage services
• Staff management, Scheduling, Training
• Financial management, Cost & Inventory Control
• Service excellence: Ensuring high-quality service standards
• Leadership: Leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
