We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa & Wellness Manager to lead the luxury spa and wellness operations of our Client’s Estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in holistic wellbeing, combining expertise in spa therapies
with a deep understanding of movement practices such as Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Fitness.
 
This leadership role requires a balance of operational excellence, creative wellness programming, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality standards.
 
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in spa and wellness operations, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong understanding of spa therapies and wellness services, with specific knowledge of movement practices and functional training.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation and ability to create memorable, personalized wellness experiences.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, reporting, and driving revenue.
• Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Wellness, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
