We are seeking to appoint an excellent candidate as our Sous Chef at our Wine Estate (Klapmuts).
The successful candidate would have the following attributes and skills:
- Creative and hands-on approach to food preparation.
- Strong culinary and operations skill set
- Passionate about cooking and cares about a curated guest experience.
- Experience in a high-end, bistro-style environment with the necessary qualification will be advantageous.
- Manage a small team effectively with overall kitchen operations.
- Very good interpersonal skills
Salary: Market related
Start date: 1 March 2026
