Our client is a luxurious 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of Stellenbosch, situated on a private wine estate. This historic hotel boasts 53 luxurious bedrooms, four unique restaurants, and a tranquil spa with stunning mountain views.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team.

As hotel receptionist, you will be the primary point of contact, responsible for managing guest check-ins/check-outs, processing reservations, handling payments, and resolving queries to ensure a curated guest experience.

Key skills include excellent communication, computer proficiency (Opera experience), multitasking, and customer service.

Position Requirements:

• Hotel School qualification will be advantageous

• Previous hotel reception experience

• Computer literate and Opera experience

• Previous relevant hotel experience

• 3rd Language advantageous

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Weekends and public holidays are normal working days

• Must reside near Stellenbosch

• Guest and service centric

• Mature and well spoken
